The Vedoko company has been operating in the EU market since 2013

The team of professionals in the shortest possible time implements projects of any complexity.

From the design of products made of aluminum alloys by our own design bureau to the getting of ready-to-use products equipped with their plastic finishing parts, seals, and fasteners.

The main activity of the company is aimed at the extrusion of elaborate aluminum profiles with a width of 5 to 400 mm. The catalog of free-for-all mastered tools includes more than 4000 dies.

The company has successful experience in designing and supplying finished products to industrial greenhouse complexes, for solar energy industry, LED lighting, outdoor&indoor advertising, translucent and other systems for construction.

Development of matrix kits of any complexity

Design is performed by an experienced specialists with a higher technical education. We use specialized software that performs mandatory simulation of the pressing process. This allows:

  • Set the correct pressing parameters (required billet temperature, pressing speed, etc.);
  • Prevent uneven flow of aluminum through the matrix bands and channels;
  • Minimize the necessary matrix adjustments before testing (crimping/pressure test);
  • Increase matrix service life.

The customer is also provided with recommendations on improving the cross-sectional design: reducing asymmetry, using technical radii of rounding, minimizing the ratio of thick and thin walls, etc.

The cost of the matrix includes Design, Production, Adjustment, Crimping (with the provision of a sample), Warranty service.

95% of possible profile pressing problems are solved at the design stage. The matrix is the heart of the extrusion.

Extrusion of profiles from aluminum alloys of the Al-Mg-Si group: 6063-6061-6082

Extrusion of profiles is performed on 3 fully automated press lines with using pillar blanks made of primary aluminum, which guarantees high dimensional stability of the cross section of the profile and its mechanical properties. Press tonnage from 1100 to 3300 TN allows to produce both small-sized profiles and with a diameter of the circumscribed circle of up to 400 mm and a running meter weight of up to 15 kg.

Extrusion is performed in accordance with the regulatory and technical base: DIN EN 755-9:2008 and the mandatory verification of the conformity of control samples to the specified DINs and agreed drawings.

The following necessary technological processes are straightening the profile by traction and aging in special furnaces (T1-T6 processes) to give the correct geometry and optimal mechanical properties.

The delivery length, coating, as well as the type of packaging are agreed in the product specification.

The production of the profile in full compliance with the regulatory and technical base allows us to obtain a resulting product cost of up to 15% lower than the offers on the market (subject to possible rejection).

Anodizing and powder coating

These processes are certified by the Qualicoat system, which guarantees compliance of the coating quality with the leading international standards.

The thickness of the anode layer (15−25 microns) depends on the operating conditions of the profile: internal/external, normal/aggressive (for example, in a marine climate).

The main colors are presented in the following spectrum: Silver, Gold, Champagne, Cognac, Black.

Additionally, profile surface is pretreated by the steel shot, which eliminates minor mechanical damage.

Powder coating is performed on a vertical type AutomaticTrevisan line with preliminary profile preparation. Color matching is performed according to the RAL catalog.

Avoid the wrong approach to the surface finishing process. Always settle on the optimal ratio of price and quality. This will allow you to eliminate typical flaws: extrusion strips, spots, heterogeneity, different color tonality, corrosion, etc.

Profile machining

In accordance with your specification we may perform following operations:

  • Cutting the profile to desired size with required angles by CNC (Tekna, Italy);
  • Performing profile bending to the specified radius (with equipment of Profilbiegetechnik AG, Switzerland);
  • Performing profile milling by CNC (affiliate program);
  • Performing profile processing on modern CNC equipment.
